How to reach us
Email jotdolist@gmail.com for help, bug reports, or suggestions. We reply within 7 business days.
To help us find the problem quickly, please include:
- your device and OS version (for example macOS 15.4, iPhone 17 Pro on iOS 26);
- the app version (Settings → About);
- the steps you took and where the problem appeared;
- what you expected, plus the error message or the key lines of the Supervisor brief.
Account requests: use Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or follow the Delete Account page and email us from your registered address.
The product
Jotdo List is a to-do notebook for people with day jobs: open it and write down what you need to do. When you want AI help on your computer, hand the item to the Tiny AI Supervisor. The desktop app detects your local CLI, asks for confirmation before installing anything that is missing, and writes the brief back onto the original to-do.
While signed out, your data stays on your device and no account is required. After you sign in, to-dos sync across Windows / macOS / Linux / Android / iOS. The first few assignments are free; when your points run out you can keep going with points earned from daily sign-in, sharing, or inviting a friend, or subscribe to Jotdo Membership for unlimited assignments.
Jotdo Membership
- Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions paid through your Apple or Google account.
- On iPhone / iPad / Mac, turn off auto-renewal in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- Introductory pricing applies to the first period only; renewal returns to the regular price.
- Membership includes color palettes, private lists, and continued assignments once points run out. Sync is available to every signed-in user and is not tied to membership.
- Tiny AI Supervisor tasks run only on a desktop you have authorized. iPhone / iPad can assign tasks and read briefs, but never run command-line tools on the device.
Data and privacy
Please read the full Privacy Policy, the Personal Information Collected list, and the Terms of Use. You can export your local data in Settings.
To delete your account, use Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or follow the Delete Account page.
